There are moments at a wedding that guests simply remember. The Strawberries & Cream cart is one of them — a classic that photographs beautifully, triggers nostalgia, and gives your guests a genuinely special moment during the evening reception.

We present fresh strawberries on a beautifully styled cart. Our team is present throughout — pouring cream or rich Callebaut Fairtrade milk chocolate to order for each guest. There is no self-service, no uncovered trays, no rushed serving. Every guest is attended to personally.

The chocolate pour is the moment. Warm Callebaut 823 Fairtrade certified milk chocolate, poured in front of the guest. Sourced from Fairtrade cooperatives that pay farmers a living income. The strawberry is held. The chocolate is poured. The phone comes out. Every time.

Guests choose cream, chocolate, or both. That choice — small as it is — creates its own gentle excitement at the cart.

We accept bookings across the UK by enquiry. Midlands travel (Derby, Birmingham, Leicester, Nottingham, Coventry) is included in all package pricing. A travel supplement applies for events outside the Midlands — enquire for details.
Peak summer and winter dates typically book 6–12 months in advance. We recommend enquiring as early as possible to secure your date.
All packages include DBS-checked staff, full styled cart setup and breakdown, all ingredients, public liability insurance, and Midlands travel. No hidden extras.
