The Experience

Dense, caramelised sugar pearl waffle pieces, the Liège waffle is categorically different from a standard waffle. Rich, buttery dough studded with pearl sugar that caramelises on contact with the iron, creating a crisp, toffee-glazed exterior and a soft, brioche-like centre.
Cut into portions and served warm, finished with your choice of saucePoffertjes, the classic Dutch mini pancake, are light, pillowy bites made with yeast batter that gives them their characteristic airy texture. Far more delicate than a conventional pancake, they're bite-sized, endlessly photogenic, and a guest favourite at every event.
Dusted and served in small portions, perfect for grazingA properly made brownie, dense, fudgy, and deeply chocolatey, cut into even, generous squares and presented on the station. No crumbly edges, no dry centres. Each piece is baked to hold its structure beautifully on display while delivering the texture guests expect from a great brownie.
Presented in uniform squares, paired with chocolate or pistachio sauceInspired by the globally viral Fix Dessert Chocolatier original, kataifi pastry, pistachio cream, milk chocolate. The kunafa element brings crispy, shredded pastry layered with aromatic pistachio cream and finished in milk chocolate. The most photographed piece on the station, and always the first to generate conversation.

Sauces & Toppings
Every sauce is served in polished copper vessels on the styled station. Guests choose their combination, our team does the pouring.
Sauces
All chocolate sauces use Callebaut 823 Fairtrade certified milk chocolate, sourced from Fairtrade cooperatives that pay farmers a living income.
Toppings
Toppings are selected seasonally and arranged on the station before guests arrive, contributing to the visual impact of The Sweet Edit as a whole.
How It Works
Individual Carts, Delivered with Care
Each Sweet Edit dessert is available as its own individually styled cart. Choose the ones that suit your event, one cart, two, three, or all four. Every cart is pre-made to a premium standard and served by our uniformed team.
Each cart looks immaculate for photography throughout the evening. Every guest receives a beautifully presented portion. Because each dessert is its own experience, you can position carts across your venue or run them at different points in the evening.

01Station Set-Up Our team arrives 90 minutes before guests to style and dress the station, florals, signage, copper vessels, and all four dessert displays in place before a single guest arrives.

02Guided Service Our uniformed, DBS-checked team presents each dessert to guests, explains the options, and pours sauces to order. Every portion is served, no self-service.

03Three Hours of Service Standard service runs for 3 hours. Additional hours available at price on request. The station remains styled and staffed for the full duration, we only pack down when agreed.
