How far in advance should I book?

Peak summer and winter dates typically book 6–12 months in advance. Enquiring as early as possible is recommended to secure your date. Closer-date bookings are taken where availability allows.

The EventCarts team arrive at your venue 90 minutes before guests enter the reception space. Carts are dressed, styled, and positioned according to your floor plan and theme — signage placed, florals arranged if requested, everything checked and ready before a single guest arrives.

As guests enter, the Chai Bar and Luxury Mithai Tasting Experience are the first welcome. Chai is made to order — Kadak, Masala, or Kesar — while mithai is presented on a styled cart like a fine chocolate tasting. The Gelato cart opens at the same time, offering two award-winning flavours.

First hour

Natural flow across three experiences

Guests move between experiences at their own pace. For 180 guests across three carts there are no queues — each cart has its own staffed operator managing the flow. The team guides guests, presents each experience, and ensures everything feels unhurried and considered.

Hours 1–3

Sustained service throughout

Service runs continuously for three full hours. Chai and mithai are made fresh to order throughout. Gelato is scooped and served on request. The team remains present, attentive, and in uniform for the full service window — no winding down early, no self-service.

End of service

Discreet pack-down

At the close of the service window, the team packs down cleanly and discreetly. Carts and all equipment are removed without disrupting the evening. You and your guests continue celebrating — we handle everything else.
