A concrete walk-through of what to expect, arrival, setup, service, and how 180 guests are served across three carts in one seamless evening.
The EventCarts team arrive at your venue 90 minutes before guests enter the reception space. Carts are dressed, styled, and positioned according to your floor plan and theme, signage placed, florals arranged if requested, everything checked and ready before a single guest arrives.
As guests enter, the Chai Bar and Luxury Mithai Tasting Experience are the first welcome. Chai is made to order, Kadak, Masala, or Kesar, while mithai is presented on a styled cart like a fine chocolate tasting. The Gelato cart opens at the same time, offering two award-winning flavours.
Guests move between experiences at their own pace. For 180 guests across three carts there are no queues, each cart has its own staffed operator managing the flow. The team guides guests, presents each experience, and ensures everything feels unhurried and considered.
Service runs continuously for three full hours. Chai and mithai are made fresh to order throughout. Gelato is scooped and served on request. The team remains present, attentive, and in uniform for the full service window, no winding down early, no self-service.
At the close of the service window, the team packs down cleanly and discreetly. Carts and all equipment are removed without disrupting the evening. You and your guests continue celebrating, we handle everything else.

Engagement Party
The engagement party sets the tone for everything that follows. It’s the first celebration, the announcement, and it deserves to feel as considered as the wedding itself. Chai, mithai, and gelato as three beautiful, photographable moments that guests will talk about long after the evening ends.
Ladies Sangeet
An evening of music, dance, and celebration shared with the women of the family. The Matcha Bar and The Orchard were made for this, iced ceremonial matcha in four flavours and cold-pressed smoothies and artisan lassi, both visually stunning and genuinely special. Drinks that are as photographed as the dancing.
Mehndi Night
The mehndi night is where traditions come alive. Guests gather, henna is applied, and the atmosphere builds into the first real celebration of the wedding journey. Artisan chai made to order and luxury mithai presented like fine chocolates, honouring the tradition of the occasion beautifully.
Jago Party
High energy, late night, full of celebration, the Jago Party deserves experiences that can hold their own in an electric atmosphere. The Mocktail Bar brings handcrafted non-alcoholic cocktails poured to order, while The Sweet Edit arrives with Belgian waffles, Dutch pancakes, brownie, and Dubai-style kunafa. Bold, beautiful, and perfectly matched to the energy of the night.

The Sikh wedding ceremony brings family and community together in a moment of deep joy and reverence. Chai, mithai, and gelato work particularly well at the reception that follows, generous, welcoming, and beautifully considered.
